How much space is needed for setup?

We recommend a 16ft runway to allow the projection to reach its best quality. The location of the screen needs to have a “non-windy” area of approximately 13ft within your area of interest.

Where can the theater be setup?

Our theater can be set up virtually anywhere. We can set up outdoors and indoors!

Do you provide the movie or Gaming system & games?

NO. Due to the current copyright laws in place, BlanketTop Theater does not provide the DVD and/or licensing for the requested event presentation. Also, for extreme gaming, the customer will be responsible for the gaming system and games themselves. Overall, we provide the ability to project multiple sources of video.

What happens if there is bad weather?

BTT will not deliver the theaters in rain, or if winds are above 15 mph. We will be in close contact prior to event, if we are required to set up on that given date and inclement weather comes upon us, BTT will not provide a refund for this event. If canceled within 3 hrs of event, the customer will be charged $100 for theater service call. However, if it is merely a reschedule there is no cost to you.

Are you an insured vendor?

Yes. All of our systems are covered with $1,000,000 liability, and workman’s compensation coverage. Certificates provided upon request.

What is the rental period?

Typically it is about 4.5 hours normally. However, if you would like a double feature it would be 6 hours. (Note: There is a $75 charge for any additional movies.)

How far in advance do I need to reserve a theater?

We suggest you reserve your entertainment package at a minimum of 3 days to allow your advertising to do its job. However, it is recommended to allow at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Note: Provided there is an opening, we will accommodate your event regardless of the recommended time suggested.

Do sunset timelines change throughout the year?

YES! Due to the sun setting at different times throughout the year, the start times will generally be as follows: Jan 6:30 PM, Feb 7:00 PM, Mar 8:00 PM, Apr 8:30 PM, May - Aug 9:00, Sept 8:00, Oct 7:30 PM, Nov – Dec 6:00 pm.
