We believe our BlanketTop Theater™ franchise offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly successful and unique business, one that had its beginnings literally in my own backyard!

In my constant quest to be a “Super Dad” I decided one evening to create a backyard theater so my family, friends and neighbors could enjoy a drive-in movie experience night.  Sure, it was a rough rendition – how rough, you ask?  I threw a plaid blanket over a tree limb and then topped it with a thin white sheet.  Basic, yes, but the funny thing was that even with the projector light showing the plaid blanket we all happily watched “Kung Fu Panda”…and so the BlanketTop Theater™ concept came to life!

Ten years later and we have perfected the art of creating a full service  backyard/poolside theater experience with 23 theaters and nearly 5,000 customers across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas happily serviced by the BlanketTop Theater™ experience.

The BlanketTop Theater™ model brings a state-of-the-art outdoor theater experience to  smaller venues in the 50-100 person range all the way up to 3,000 viewer capacity. A BlanketTop Theater™ event brings communities together to enjoy one of life’s simple pleasures from the comfort of their own backyard or at poolside– refreshments and other extras included!  But more about those extra features in a minute.
