OK; enough of the previews – so how exactly does the BlanketTop Theater™ concept work?
A special family celebration, a neighborhood get together, an apartment complex courtyard gathering, a sporting event, a corporate function…just to name a few of the types of groups that have enjoyed the BlanketTop Theater™ experience over the past decade.
The client provides the DVD or Blu-Ray and we bring the rest. A state-of-the-art theater complete with a sophisticated sound system, 12 by 15 foot inflatable screen, high definition projector, Blu-Ray/DVD player, microphones, music, a commercial popcorn machine, glow necklaces, we bring it all.
So, let’s say sunset is at 8:34 p.m. The BlanketTop Theater™ crew shows up at the house or venue at 7:30, sets up the theater and plays music prior to showtime. Now, about the show. Due to piracy laws, the BlanketTop Theater™ crew cannot provide the movie itself, but can give the customer the ability to project multiple sources of video.
We set up and come back to break down when the event is over; typically four or so hours later. We can also digitally photograph an event so hosts have their own party pictures. Our BlanketTop Theater™ team really cares about providing a full service experience for our valued customers and their guests.
And we’d be remiss without saying a few words about the weather. If it’s bad outside (rain, wind) we don’t take any chances on problems with equipment…not to mention that the audience will likely not show for the show. BlanketTop Theater™ franchisees keep an eye on the weather and keep in contact with clients prior to an event.
